    宇治抹茶拿鐵意式雪糕

    嚴選京都宇治百年老字號「西村番茶屋本店」中,「媛」級別的抹茶粉。其風味濃郁,回甘悠長,更帶著一抹獨特的奶香,為這款手工雪糕注入宛如抹茶拿鐵般的醇厚韻味。頂層更點綴了酥脆的抹茶風味巧克力,口感層次再度昇華,每一口都彷彿置身京都,感受濃厚茶香與淡雅奶香的溫柔交織。

    選用日本煎茶搭配炒焙過的玄米,甘甜茶香與米香相互輝映,溫潤平和。雪糕呈黃綠色,散發清新獨特的香氣,經 HAGO 特殊處理後更帶有少許煙燻風味,表面再灑上烘烤過的香脆玄米,增添口感。
